With just a few taps, users can send messages regarding uncollected garbage, snow, road problems, and more. The messaging process is automated, as the system determines the topic of the message and the appropriate recipient. Responsible individuals receive the messages, respond to them, prepare reports on completed tasks, and send the responses back to the users after verification by a central editorial team. This ensures that citizen messages are addressed within 10 working days.

Once a decision has been made by the relevant department regarding a user's issue, the user will receive a response via email, their personal account, or the "Report Problems" section. Users can then assess or dispute the response.
